PORTA CABIN INSTALLATION = 11 DAYS
ELETRICAL AND INSTRUMENTS INSTALLATION & HOOK-UP = 9 DAYS (INSCLUDING 72HRS ENDURANCE TEST)
COMMINSIONING AND HANDOVER = 1 DAY

1. Checking of materials, identify our work area (zones) and to summarize 1 day
our activities to crews (ON-SITE)
2. To erect porta cabin base frames on provided platform structure 2 days
and to be assist by DESB teams on welding or scaffolding works
3. To install wall claddings and ceiling panels 2 days
4. To install floor panels (with stainless steel tapping screws) 1 day
5. To install roof panels 1 day
6. To install floor mat, marine gaskets and to apply silicon on all joints 2 day
7. To install capping at all joints (for wall claddings & roof panels) 1 day
8. Double checking of all installation (nuts & bolts, floor, marine gaskets 1 day
and silicon) before water leaking test and E&I installation.
Electrical and Instruments Installations
9. Installation of cable trays 1 day
10. Electrical wiring (cable pulling and markers) 1 day
11. Installation of electrical equipments (D.B, lighting, sockets, exhaust fan 2 day
etc)
12. Air-cond installation (piping, etc) 1 day
13. Electrical termination, loop test, hookup & 72hrs electrical endurance test 4 days
14. Commissioning & Handover 1 day
