Turnkey Construction Contract

Exhibit B; Attachment 6: Tests on Completion

1 Performance Guarantees at Site conditions

See Exhibit J-1 of the Agreement.

2 Correction curves
The Contractor shall submit the following correction curves:
Change of Plant power output and heat rate with
• ambient air temperature;
• ambient air pressure;
• ambient air humidity;
• generator power factor;
• grid frequency;
• fuel analysis
• gas turbine air inlet pressure drop (for information only);
• gas turbine exhaust pressure drop (for information only);
• non recoverable performance degradation curves (power output and heat rate) due to aging
(expected values for 25 years of operation).
The correction curves will be used to transpose the results of the Performance Tests conducted
at Site conditions ("As-run") to the design conditions ("corrected as-run"), as to allow to compare
"corrected as-run" Test results to Performance Guarantees.

3 Codes and standards

• Gas Turbine ISO 2314, ANSI/ASME PTC 22.
• Gas analysis ISO6974, ASTM D1945.
• Flow measurement ISO 5167, ASME MFC 3M.
• Pressure measurement PTC 22.
• Temperature measurement PTC 22.
• Noise level measurement Applicable portions of ISO 3746, Peruvian regulation D.S. No.
085-2003-PCM and 21T5672-Acoustics Test Procedure.
• Vibration levels ISO 7919, ISO 10816.
• Gas heating value ISO 6976, ASTM-D-3588.
• Gas density/compressibility AGA8

4 Performance Tests
4.1 Scope
The purpose of the Tests on Completion is not only to check whether or not the plant
meets the Performance Guarantee but also to provide a full mass, heat and energy
balance for the whole Plant.
This balance will serve as a reference to evaluate the evolution of the Plant performance
over its life.

4.2 Preliminary verifications

For the Tests on Completion, all guarantees apply to an industrially clean plant.
