direction
==> Hold shareholders meeting as per Court directions, if meeting has not
dispense with by the court.
==> File Chairman's report with High Court, if meeting held.

==> File Petitions.

==> Serve notice of Petitions with OL & RD as per Court directions.
==> Appoint CA in consultation with OL to report High Court regarding affairs
of Transferor company.
==> Give public notice for any objection.
==> Follow-up with ROC and RD regarding their report to High Court for all
