1. Set to DHCP 2. Browse to 192.168.1.254 3. Username: Tech 4. Password: Device access code (on the side of the modem)
5. Click Advanced (on the left)
6. Click Connection Configuration 7. Select “Yes, use the public IP on the LAN”. 8. Click “Save Changes”. 9. Click on “Restart”. 10. The screen above will be displayed while the modem is rebooting. Have the tech release and renew their IP address. The public IP should now be on their PC and they should be able to access the internet.
