Basic North India Chicken Curry

3Lb Fresh Chicken 1. Heat oil in saucepan. Add cumin,

14oz Tinned Tomatoes 4. Cook until 10-15 minutes.
1 tsp cumin seeds ground 5. Add chicken and cook for further
1 tsp Ground tumeric 30 minutes
1 tsp Yellow mustard seeds ground 6. Add water with discression.
1 1/2 tsp Garam Masala 7. Finally add coriander.
2 Tbsn Criander chopped fresh 8. Serve with rice.
1 1/2 tsp salt
