Subject: Quotation for Custom Clearance – Lahore Station

Dear Sir,

Pl peruse the Company Profile attached herewith.We are pleased to quote our best
possible rates of Custom Clearance for Lahore Station for your esteemed organization.
Following are our service charges for export & import clearance.

Export Clearance – Services Charges

• Export Sample – Up to 300 Samples Rs.27,000 (Rs.90/- per sample)

• Sample Clearance – Above 300 Sample Rs. 70/- per sample
• E-Form Shipments Rs. 600/- per shipment
• Repair & Return Shipment under SRO Rs. 1,500/- per shipment
• Exhibition Shipments Rs. 1,200/- per shipment

Import Clearance – Services Charges

• Import Sample – Up to 200 Sample Rs.40,000/-(Rs.200/- per sample)

• Sample Clearance – Above 200 Sample Rs. 150/- per sample
• SRO Clearance / Temporary Import Rs. 2,000/- per shipment
• Exhibition Shipments Rs. 1800/- per shipment

NOTE: GST will also be charged for each of the above said items as per prevalent
Laws.

Besides the above said rates, UPS will have to pay all government dues like Custom
Duties, Godown Rent, CAA, Excise Duty, Airline Handling & Delivery Order Charges,
or any other local government tax in advance. For each government taxes or receipted
expense Faisal Cargo Agency will deposit its original receipt to UPS .
We are confident that the above said rates being competitive and as per market conditions
will be acceptable to UPS. However, for developing long lasting business relationship,
we may also get into meaningful negotiations for settling these rates further.
