Nursing intervention (5marks) y Administer medications e.g. .(Zantacs )and analgesics, eat six small meals per day should be free from irritating food such as (coffee ,spicy food, smoking ,tea .etc).,avoid aspirin and eat diet rich in fiber especially from fruits and drink milk

Provide emotional support to patient; explain all procedures to decrease anxiety and to obtain cooperation. And allow him to express his feelings towards his disease...
Instruct patient to administer medications as prescribed .and discuss the therapeutic and side effect of each drug for e.g. .Zantac inhibit gastric acid secretion and its adverse effect is diarrhea ,constipation ,headache ..etc

To comfort patient and decrease his anxiety

Increasing patient knowledge about his disease

In order to return back to normal health status as soon as possible with out presence of complication ,,and giving knowledge to patient and help him to use his drugs in correct way.
