EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
As per the contract between Team Chydro and SS Hydro Inc. for Project Hydro Gemini the major deliverables are site survey,construction of a 2km long mud approach road construction of a power house,an administrative block and a residential complex of 5 independednt bungalow. During the execution phase the clients technical consultants have suggested changes in the alignment of the approach road.It has been changed to accommodate the dam s right bank canal. The mud road is to be upgraded to a concrete road. A workshop shed and an overhead gantry crane has been included in the powerhouse and 3 more bungalows has been added to the residential complex. The paint for all the external surfaces of the civil work has been upgraded to a fire-retardant specification.

BACKGROUND

SS Hydro Inc. a multimillion dollar U.S-based MNC specializes in undertaking large infrastructure projects in the field of hydropower generation. Due to the very nature of hydropower generation,all the sites are in remote locations and are inaccessible. This poses a lot of challenges. The company has bagged one such hydropower generation project contract from one of the state run utilities. The project has been named Project Hydro Gemini(PHG).Team Chydros company mangement strongly believes in the practices of the project management practices of Charlie McCullough and the leadership skills of PMO Hermie Dionisio and placed them in charge of PHG and mandated a project budget of $750,000.

Charlie McCullough- ProjectManager is responsible for the overall success of the project. Disseminates responsibilities among team members, designs scope and ensures adherence and completion of established deliverables. Tamika Roland- Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting the PM of the project and all aspects of the project and documentation. Alex Torres- Research Analyst is responsible all aspects of the bungalow and gantry crane, powerhouse and workshop shed research and human resources risk associated with those areas. Chris Gonzalez- Research Analyst is responsible for all aspect of the administration block,& the concrete/mud road,

COMMUNICATION

Communication between all team members will be done through all assigned emails and phone numbers. Meetings between all the department heads and consultants will be documented by the assigned scribe and distributed among the team members. All emails will be answered as soon as possible to ensure that the email was received and to prevent hindrance to the progress of the PHG project.
