Experience in Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0 Experience in following products will be an added advantage - Microsoft Tools for Security - Microsoft Office and other related software. - Test Track Maintenance Manage VOIP and Video Conferencing devices. Functions: y Daily o o o o o o o o o o o Ensuring LAN connectivity for Desktop/Laptops. Ensuring Wireless Connectivity and access points Monitoring Health of Servers and systems. Monitoring Health of Modems, Firewall, Switches and Routers. Monitoring Health of Bandwidth look for Latency and reporting to ISP. Latest SW and security updates and upgrades. Effecting Change Management when new devices are added. Support and Troubleshooting AD,DHCP, FTP and VSS services. Co-ordination with all development and other teams for any kind of service support requirement. Trouble shooting Desktop/Laptop and server issues, etc. Vendor Co-ordination

Periodical o o o o o o o o o o o o Periodical Space utilization reports on Servers. Asset Management - Inventory Maintenance of All HW ( Desktops ,Laptops , Server and Networking Devices ) Scheduling Backups and moving to offline backup as per the Backup policy Trouble Shooting, Scheduled Maintenance of Desktops and Laptops. Backup of Servers and Sensitive Desktops. Security Assurance on Desktops, Antivirus periodical scanning. Inventory Maintenance ( like spikes , used cables , net cables and other spares ) SW library Maintenance. VOIP and Video Conferencing. Vendor Co-ordination for SAMSUNG EPBX, ACCESSCARD, UPS and other system related Equipment. Configuring New SW as and when needed including Microsoft Outlook. Periodical Archiving Microsoft Outlook for better performance proactively or on demand.
