    To install pfSense on a dedicated hard drive, press enter at the boot screen, select the installer mode by pressing i, accept the default settings, choose the quick install option, select ok to erase the disk, select the kernel, and reboot once installation is complete. After rebooting, configure network interfaces like VLANs and adapts before logging into the web interface using the assigned LAN IP address.

    1 boot from CD, you will see this screen, press enter

    2 You must select the installer mode, press i

    3 here you can change some settings, but you can leave without change, just select accept these settings

    4 Now, if you are new at pfSense ( just like me ) you can select Quick / Easy Install

    5 Now you will see this warning screen, select OK and your disk will be erased ( i asume you have an dedicated / empty HD for pfsense )

    6 The install process will start

    7 now you must select the kernel

    8 The install is done, now you must reboot

    9 Once you have rebooted, you must configure your VLANs & network adapters

    Now once you have finished the interface configuration, you must be able to login to the web interface ( through the LAN interface ), using the IP that you have asigned to the LAN
