PRAYER FOR REQUISITION (SALAT -E- HAJAT)

In the name of Allah, the most merciful and the most beneficent We should offer Salat e Hajat in all troubles and worries as per Sunnah and observe the blessings of Allah Almighty and His Prophet (P.B.U.H).
1. Narrated Abu Huraira R.A (Bukhari and Muslim): The Allahs Apostle

(P.B.U.H) said, I was sleeping and the keys to all treasures of earth were brought and put in my both hands. Narrated Ali R.A : The Allahs Apostle (P.B.U.H) said, I was granted what was not given to any other prophet before me, I was blessed with influence (Enemy at a distance of one months travel, shivered hearing my name (P.B.U.H) and the whole worlds keys were given to me.
2. Narrated Rabia bin Kab Aslami R.A (Muslim and Abu Daood): I used to

stay with Allahs Apostle (P.B.U.H) at night. One night, i brought the ablution water with other necessary things to Allahs Apostle (P.B.U.H) and the blessings of Allahs Apostle (P.B.U.H) were showered on me. Allahs Apostle (P.B.U.H) said, Ask! What ever you want so that I give it to you. I respectfully replied that I wanted the companionship of Allahs Apostle (P.B.U.H) in heaven. He (P.B.U.H) asked that if there was anything else. I replied that I wanted only that. Then Allahs Apostle (P.B.U.H) said that I should do lots of prostrations (sujood). Mullah Ali Qari R.A says in Sharah Mishkat that Hazoor e Aqdus P.B.U.H gave absolute order for asking for ones need. It makes clear that Hazoor e Aqdus P.B.U.H was granted by Allah with the power of bestowal to anybody from His treasures. Like in case of Rabia Aslamis question that he wanted the companionship of Allahs Apostle (P.B.U.H) in heaven. And he P.B.U.H, the holder of heaven accepted that.
3. Kaab Ahbar says with reference of Tauraat Shareef in Beqahi that

Allah explained the qualities of Hazoor P.B.U.H stating that through him (P.B.U.H), Allah will bless the power to see to blinds, hearing power to deafs and the speaking power to mutes. He P.B.U.H will help all downtrodden and will help them not to be thought as oppressed.
4. Narrated Anas R.A: The Allahs Apostle (P.B.U.H) called on his uncle Abu

Talib who was ill. He requested Allahs Apostle (P.B.U.H) to pray for his

health. Allahs Apostle (P.B.U.H) prayed and Abu Talib instantly stood up as if all the restraints were lifted off. Abu Talib said that there was not doubt that Allah Almighty fulfilled his (P.B.U.H) desires.
5. Hazoor P.B.U.H is the source of remedy for all troubles. Sahabah R.A

used to request Allahs Apostle (P.B.U.H) to pray for the solutions of all their problems. Narrated Usman bin Hanif Ansari R.A: A blind came to Hazoor P.B.U.H and requested him (P.B.U.H) to pray for his eyes. Allahs Apostle (P.B.U.H) said that he could leave it as it was. It was better for him and if wanted him (P.B.U.H) to pray, he (P.B.U.H) would. The blind requested for pray and Hazoor (P.B.U.H) asked him to fully get ablution, say prayer of two rakat (nafl salat e hajat) and ask Allah like this:

Translation: O Allah! I ask from You and being attentive (seeking help) to You with reference of Your Apostle (P.B.U.H) who is the Prophet of blessing. Ya Rasool Allah! I have asked Allah Almighty for help with your reference so that my requisition be granted. O Allah! Accpet his (P.B.U.H) Shifaat (intercession) for me.

When the blind man prayed and requested Allah like this then according to Bukhari (abu Naeem Beqahi) that man stood up and his eyes got enlightened with the blessings of Hazoor P.B.U.H. And Tabrani said that his eyes got enlightened as if he never had any problem. Even after Hazoor P.B.U.H, In the era of Sahaba R.A (Companions of Prophet Muhammad P.B.U.H) Salat e Hajat was used as a mean of seeking help for problems. Narrated Tabrani (Moajam kabeer): Once a person had a favor to ask from Ameer ul momineen Hazrat Usman bin Affan R.A, but he didnt give that person any attention even after that person had paid many visits to him. That person complained to Hazrat Usman bin Haneef Ansari R.A, who advised him to get ablution, offer

two rakaat of prayers and then recite this prayer. He did so and then went to Hazrat Usman R.A. The guard instantly took him inside. Hazrat Usman R.A asked him to sit on his special place and inquired about his problem: the man told his wish which was fulfilled by Hazrat Usman R.A and advised that man to come directly to him whenever he has any problem. That person thanked him and returned to Hazrat Usman bin Haneef R.A saying, you had specially requested for me! He said that he had not talked to Ameer ul Momineen about that. But actually once I was present in the glorious company of Hazoor P.B.U.H and a blind man came asking for help. Hazoor P.B.U.H advised him to be patient. The blind man pleaded that there was no one to help him and he was in deep trouble. Then Hazoor P.B.U.H thaught him this prayer and his vision was restored. Ibn e Hazri R.A says in Hissas Hassasain that whoever is facing some problem or extreme crisis, should pray like this and Insha Allah! Will get his problem solved.
6. Niyyat:

Two Rakat Salat e Hajat, for Allah Almighty, facing toward Qaba, after saying Allah hu Akbar and start the prayer. (Recite Surah Akhlas; 20 times in each rakat) Except before the Farz Prayer of Asr and the prohibited times of the day for prayer (Auqat e Makrooha), this prayer can be performed at any time. In routine prayers and Dua, Help from Allah can be requested by reciting this prayer with reference of Hazoor P.B.U.H.

7. This prayer was thaught by Imam Ahle Sunnat, Ghazali e Zaman, Raazi

e Doran in the session of Hadith, Tirmazi Shareef and I asked for the permission for this prayer which was given to me very kindly and affectionately. From the days of studies, those moments are still enlightened in heart and may Allah shower his spiritual blessings till the judgment day. (Aamin). This prayer can be performed for all kinds of problems, abundance of Rizq, marriages of children etc. The prayer should be continued till the fulfillment of desire and one should not get disappointed in case of delay. Because some times, the reward given in life hereafter is so huge that man would say to Allah Almighty that it would had been better if his wishes and prayers were not granted in the world and instead all the reward would had given in life hereafter.

Note: For spreading the blessings of Hazoor P.B.U.H, permission is hereby granted to all for further distribution.
