This MOA, is for the region wide “Panoramic Expo-Hospitality & Tourism” (Twin Event)
“Hospitality & Tourism Competition 2008” which will be held at Fitmart Mall Atrium on
November 21-22-23, 2008. It’s the first event of its kind in the region.
As Twin Event Main Sponsor you are to enjoy the following package:

Yes, your company will be included in all our tri-media press releases.

Yes, your company logo or banner will posted at the event website.

Yes, your company logo or banner ad will be printed at all the event
promotional collaterals.

Yes, your company name/logo will be highlighted at the giant event directory
at the event venue.

Yes, your company name will be mentioned and blasted during the period
main sponsors ID at the event.

Yes, your own printed promotional materials will be distributed during the
Event via the event bags.

Yes, your company will be allocated choice spot (on a first
come first serve basis), sponsors exhibit booth.

Yes, your company logo will be printed together with other main sponsors
in the face of the PowerShopper media/event bags.15,000-20,000
media/event bags will be distributed during the event. This alone cost P40,000.

twin event “HRM Competition 2008” for only P50,000 as Main Sponsor. Your company will
