**One Entry Form must be completed for every student who is up for a Gold Cup.
All forms are due the day of the Spring Festival! Over-the-phone entries will not be accepted.**

At the end of the Festival please leave these “gold” Student Entry Forms in the folder that you
have picked up your judging sheets in. You will also find a “gold” Letter of Congratulations for each
student in that folder. Be sure to give your students their Letter of Congratulations. Trophies will again
be available for pick up at the Music Store on a specific date that will be given the day of the Spring
Festival.
