Procedure: 1. Place the scalded,peeled,chopped tomatoes in a non reactive kettle.Add the onions,celery, and peppers. Boil for 15 minutes. 2. Add the rest of the ingredients.Boil gently for 1 1/2 hours or until thickened.If neccessary,can be thickened with Arrowroot or flour and water. 3. Package in sterile jars, and process in a boiling water bath for 5 minutes after water returns to a boil.
