Abstract:
One paragraph with the main goals and objectives of the project and description of what you
accomplished.

Introduction:
Provide a brief description of the overall project. Answer questions such as:
1. What was the purpose of the project?
2. Who worked on the project? (Individual or all group names)
3. What specifications did the product need to meet? (Design Brief)
4. How much time was spent on the project?

Materials List:
List all of the materials, tools, equipment and software, etc. used in the project.

Procedure:
List the procedure used to complete the project. Include screen captures, digital photographs,
technical drawings and annotations to explain how the project was completed. Provide enough
detail so that someone with a basic understanding of the concepts could recreate the project.

Results:
Describe the end product of your work. What tasks does your project complete? Include
pictures of the result if appropriate. Describe any difficulties encountered and what strategies
were used to overcome them.

Conclusion:
Summarize the project answering questions such as:

1. What did you learn from this project?


2. How well did your project solve the problem?
3. What did you do well and what could you have done better?
4. What would you do different if you did this project again?

Appendix:
Include sketches, additional documentation, etc. (optional if you’ve already included everything
in the body of the report). Make sure everything is clearly labeled.
