The power of a dream

Dream is defined as having the vision of the future, understanding the reason why something must be. A true dream must be a living force. It empowers the dreamer to have a reason to keep living. Dreams are beacons of hope (which talks about the future). Dream gives the dreamer the ability to overcome hard times, beholding the benefit of its reality. Remember Jesus (Hebrews 12:1-4). Remember Abraham (who moved from city to city, looking for the promised Canaan, and expecting to have a child that will later produce a great nation- Israel). If you have a living dream, you will never think of committing suicide, no matter your present condition. What is dream? It is the internalized mental picture of an enviable future. It is seeing the nature of your tomorrow and the end of your life. When u are too sure of what tomorrow will look like, you will be disciplined to live a profitable life today, harnessing your resources toward actualizing your dream. You wont waste your income on night parties, immorality, and unprofitable indulgences. Dream organizes your life unto a praiseful end. It is one of the most powerful forces designed by God for a great success in life. All the great men and women in the bible days were men and women of divine dreams. Dream is like a divine map for a good journey in life. You cant end well if you dont know where you are going from where you are coming. You will live a confused life if you have no dream from God to live with. Dreamers are pace-setters for their generation. To have a dream is to sign up for a long life. To dream is to live. In August 28, 1963, Martin Luther cried out before thousands of supporters, I have a dream. That was a product of a living force on the inside of him. The Wright Brothers had a dream of flying humans- aircrafts. The Wright brothers, Orville (August 19, 1871 January 30, 1948) and Wilbur (April 16, 1867 May 30, 1912), were two Americans credited with inventing and building the world's first successful airplane and making the first controlled, powered and sustained heavier-than-air human flight, in December 17, 1903. In the two years afterward, the brothers developed their flying machine into the first practical fixed-wing aircraft. Although not the first to build and fly experimental aircraft, the Wright brothers were the first to invent aircraft controls that made fixed-wing powered flight possible. The Wright Brothers have made their country proud worldwide today. These were men that never saw the four walls of college before they started invention.

The Samsung Group of companies is own by a man that strongly believes in Industrialization. He had an unusual passion for invention. According to findings, Mr. Lee Byung Chull desired to be the leading manufacturer in the world.

Samsung Electronics overtook Sony as one of the world's most popular consumer electronics brands in 2004 and 2005, and is now ranked #19 in the world overall. Behind Nokia, Samsung is the world's second largest by volume producer of cell phones with a leading market share in the North America and Western Europe. Samsung became the largest producer of memory chips in the world in 1992, and is the world's second-largest chipmaker after Intel. In 1995, it built its first liquid-crystal display screen. Ten years later, Samsung grew to be the world's largest manufacturer of liquid-crystal display panels. Dream pays! Dare to have a dream to live with. It will be the pivot around which your life will revolve. Dream is the balance point of every mans destiny. It controls your emotion, finance, and time. In the late 1980s and early 1990s, Samsung Electronics invested heavily in research and development, investments that were pivotal in pushing the company to the forefront of the global electronics industry. In 1982, it built a television assembly plant in Portugal; in 1984, a plant in New York; in 1985, a plant in Tokyo; in 1987, a facility in England; and another facility in Austin in 1996. Lee placed great importance on industrialization, and focused his economic development strategy on a handful of large domestic conglomerates. The company has a powerful influence on the country's economic development, politics, media and culture, being a major driving force behind the Miracle on the Han River. Many businesses today use Samsung's international success as a role model. This company has its revenue as large as some countries' total GDP. In 2006, Samsung Group would have been the 35th largest economy in the world if ranked, larger than that of Argentina. Samsung Group accounts for about a fifth of South Korea's total exports. They have produced over 800 million mobile phones to date. The company grouped them together under Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. in the 1980s.

In total, Samsung has invested about 3.88billion in the Austin location by far the largest foreign investment in Texas and one of the largest single foreign investments in the United States. Samsung started to rise as an international corporation in the 1990s. Today its operations concentrate on three industries: electronics, engineering, and chemicals. Compared to other major Korean companies, Samsung survived the 1997 Asian financial crisis relatively unharmed. You cant have a passionate dream and sink with others who dont.

The dream that works

We have different kind of dreams: a. Personal ambition based on human imagination without real passion b. Photocopied dream (Imitation or artificial kind of dream) If you copy someones dream, and you do not have the kind of passion to grow your dream to great height, you may eventually fail. c. God-given dream- This kind of dream usually comes like an imprinted mental picture that will strongly refuse to leave the dreamer. A God-given dream is always backed up by God to enable you pursue it to success. It is always clear and precise. It is a living force, produced within you, monitored without your knowledge, and allowed to experience help and favor by divinity. This is why it is different from other kinds of dream. Go for a divine dream. Ask God to show you which area of live to focus on, which your life is designed and wired to function on in life. If you can find it out, you will be halfway your journey to success in life. I see you succeeding in Jesus name! Amen!
