Notice of Public Meeting

In accordance with the Municipal Ward Law, the Commissioners of the Board of Elections and the Municipal Clerk will be holding special meetings on Thursday, September 1, 2011 as listed below at the Union County Board of Elections, 271 North Broad Street, Elizabeth, NJ 07208for the purpose of (1) swearing in of Ward Commissioners; and (2) possible redrawing of ward lines in the Municipalities listed below as required after the official promulgation of the 2010 Census. The Ward Commission will be accepting written proposals for the rewarding of ward lines. Proposals should be filed by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 16, 2011 with Commission Secretary Dennis S. Kobitz, 271 North Broad Street, Elizabeth, NJ 07208 Formal Action may be taken. Meetings September 1, 2011
