The students of IIT Gandhinagar are organizing a Conclave as a part of the institutes annual technical summitAMALTHEA which will highlight "Infrastructure in India: Present Scenario and Future Scope on 15th-16th October 2011.The Conclave is centered on educating the students through stimulating and interactive lectures by speakers consisting of leading industry experts, esteemed academia and top government officials, and to provide a platform for students to interact with them, while also exploring ways to approach the solutions to the existing problems in infrastructure development. AMALTHEA 2011 aims at discussing all aspects of infrastructure of prime importance- connectivity, town planning, power transmission and waste and water management. It aims to enhance knowledge through discussion and to motivate the engineering and scientific community towards development. Considering the tremendous enthusiasm that our students have been displaying, it will be very befitting that Corporation Bank associates with AMALTHEA through sponsorship.Such support would result in greater interaction between our institutions, and would make our relationship stronger.
