Ms. Bunn: If you are now saying that you had earlier predicted a 24-hour swing of one thousand points in the New York Stock Exchange a few days ago (and that that extraordinary event was within the control of the Debtor and her Husband, no less?), you should immediately seek employment on Wall Street with such superior knowledge, as I understand no one else in all of America reportedly had such similar advance insight. Furthermore, as you surely know, there is a great deal more involved in a real estate closing than the mechanics of wiring money, such as rounding up the money for the closing in the first place through, for instance, the liquidation of stocks and the simultaneous closing of other escrows, a virtual symphony of financial transactions tied to collateral closings vulnerable to the maintenance of stable market values and the actions of third parties not entirely under one's control, not fully predictable in an extraordinarily and unprecedented volatile money market. I understand that the wire is arriving tomorrow, at least to the extent that anything is predictable in this incredible economy, not any of our making. That will represent the third $100,000 payment. And the entire balance is due only thirty days from today.
