Re: Recognition by all parties that the case against SIMON KAIWAI has been dismissed. Wednesday, March 30, 2011 To all it may concern, I have not received any lawful evidence from the NZ Police, the Crown, the NZ Justice department or any other arm of NZ government further claiming a right or intent to continue a case against SIMON KAIWAI. Nor have I received any of the required evidence to support the establishment of subject matter jurisdiction in the admiralty jurisdiction of the District Courts of New Zealand. My notice of the 16th March 2011 stated a seven (7) day requirement for response and that time has since passed. It is therefore lawfully established that all charges against SIMON KAIWAI relating to the Nov 24, 2009 incident have been irrevocably dismissed as any reasonable man would expect given the facts of the matter, your failure to respond in time and failure to provide the evidence requested to meet International standards of law. Let me reiterate my concern that the admitted assailant: David Reynolds is still running around causing harm in breach of his oath to act as a peace officer and police officer bound by common law limits. I am aware of four others in the community who complain of been assaulted by him and have many others in the community that will attest to his mental instability. His invasion of my home space on the day of November 24th 2009 caused significant injury to myself and endangered the life of my heavily pregnant wife and unborn child. It appears improper that neither the NZ Police, NZ Justice system nor Independent Police conduct authority wish to do anything to investigate these allegation or allow its prosecution as I have attempted. I must now attempt to get on with my life. Regards, By: Simon-Eru: Kaiwai In good faith, with all rights reserved.
