Technical description Rapp Bomek A60 Hinged Aluminium Fire Door.

The door leaf is made of 2,5 mm aluminium panels on both side of an insulating core and aluminium profiles fitted around the edge. The total leaf thickness is 95 mm. Material quality is seawater resistant aluminium. Reinforcement for hinges, latch and door closer are provided in the door leaf. The door frame is made of 3 mm stainless steel plate, quality AISI 316L, Z-shaped according to the drawing. The door leaf will be delivered with anodized aluminium surface. The frame to be treated as follow: Stainless steel: Clean blasted with fine grade of aluminium silicate or complete painted. The hinges are specialy designed and are made of stainless steel AISI 316L. The hinges are welded to the frame and bolted to the door leaf. Each door leaf has 3 hinges with grease nipple. The door closer is of heavy duty type DORMA TS 83 / EN3-6, adjustable. The Latch is of type TRIO VING 5316 stainless steel. A special designed, adjustable striker plate made of stainless steel is provided on the door frame. The Handle is of type GLUTZ complete with long escutcheon plate, stainless steel quality AISI 316L. The fire gasket is made of silica fibre in addition a weather-/ and gas tight seal of special neoprene quality is supplied. The door has been sound tested up to an Rw value 43 dB.
