Step 1 Understanding Your Organization Develop professional relationships with senior level management; understand corporate culture and strategy, corporate structure. Step 2 Develop Position Specifications Understand the specific activities of the position, responsibilities, reporting relationships, and required skills. Step 3 Researching and Identifying Candidates Find qualified candidates, identify strengths and weaknesses, evaluate candidate in regard to position specs. Step 4 Conduct Evaluation Interviews Obtain an understanding of their accomplishments, capabilities, strengths & weaknesses, and potential for advancement. Step 5 Presentation of Candidates to Client Upon final evaluation, a candidates strengths and weakness are submitted for client review. We help manage the entire interview process from submission to offer. Step 6 Conduct Reference Checks Speak directly with individuals who are, or have been, in the position to evaluate the candidates performance on the job. Step 7 Hiring the Top Candidate Function as a client representative in the negotiation process. Maintain active involvement from interview to hire.
