Weekly College Prep Vocabulary Test

Once a week you will have an in-class vocabulary test which will consist of between five and ten vocabulary words. The test will be based on the attached list. The list begins in the upper left hand of the page and continues forward, column by column to the lower right hand of the page. The vocabulary words are in groups of ten. There are 30 groups. I will verbally state one of the words which you have studied and you will provide the following: 1. Identify its part of speech (if multiple parts of speech, you must provide one and the following requirements must be consistent with that part of speech); 2. A good definition; 3. One or two well written sentences which make me understand that you have comprehended not only its meaning, but also its sense.
