Amendments to the Unisa October/November 2011 examination timetable Unisa is moving from a provisional examination timetable to a more permanent timetable to offer a better service to our students. It has therefore been necessary to add some new examination venues and to make some changes to the provisional timetable available at the time of registration. Unisa has experienced significant growth in student enrolments. Consequently, not all students can be accommodated at certain examination centres according to the provisional timetable that was available at the time of registration. This has necessitated several changes to the original, provisional examination timetable. The university will mail students' final examination timetables during September 2011. Full details of students' individual examination timetables will also be available on myUnisa (https://my.unisa.ac.za) as from 19 September 2011. Students will receive further information in this regard via SMS and e-mail sent to their myLife e-mail addresses. Important: Unisa examinations will now be written from 12 October to 22 November 2011. Students are urged to ensure that they are at the correct venue on the scheduled date and time as reflected on their final examination timetables. Students who do not write an examination as a result of changes to the Unisa timetable will not qualify for an additional examination opportunity. If students require further information, they must please send an SMS to 34584 or an email to info@unisa.ac.za or exams@unisa.ac.za (with their student number in the subject heading field).
