How we made it

This wine is an artful blend of very small lots of Chardonnay from 3 of the best vineyards in the Niagara Peninsula. Each lot was fermented and aged separately for an average of 5 months in Oak barrels. They were then blended in the best proportions to create a wine with an unabashedly lavish style.

What it tastes like Rite of Passage Chardonnay is jam packed with lush tropical fruit, juicy pear and delivers a crisp, refreshing nish. What it goes with This wine should be paired with foods that are rich and full of avour, just like this wine. Try it with lobster dripping in butter, grilled tuna or salmon, pasta in a rich cream sauce, roast turkey, or marinated chicken.
