History of Present Illness Chief Complaint: Breast mass 3 mos PTA, patient was diagnosed to have sarcoma. On routine CT scan, there was an incidental finding of a mass on the right breast. Patient was advised surgical removal of the mass hence admission. Past Medical History + HPN for 18 yrs. (maintained on telmisartan/amlodipine) S/P tumor excision (July and August 2011) Patient goes to hospital for routine check-up. Family Health History
