JOB SPECIFICATION DETAILS SCAFFOLDER

1. Mandatory Qualifications All Candidates The following (I IV) are mandatory pre-requisites for all candidates: i) All candidates must have a minimum of 4 years full time experience in the specific trade ii) All must also be able to demonstrate/provide evidence that they have worked minimum of 12 Months full time out of the last 24 Months iii) All must hold an IELTS iv) All must hold an Australian Certificate III Trade Certificate in their specific trade (This is gained through the Skills Assessment organized by us) 2. Position Title: SCAFFOLDER 3. Number Required: 200 4. Experience (particular skills and equipment) Scaffolders must be skilled and experienced in erecting and dismantling scaffolding to provide work platforms and handrails on building or industrial sites, or for temporary structures such as stages, seating and catwalks. Typical duties: Fit together steel pipes, support braces and clamps to form bases for scaffolds Lift and position sections of scaffolding and bolt pipes together to build up scaffolding Place planks over horizontal bars to create platforms Check levels in scaffolding structures Use prefabricated scaffolding when available Dismantle scaffolding at the completion of a job Safety is paramount and all candidates must be extremely safety conscious and familiar with global safety standards. All candidates will be required to undergo safety training and job induction. 5. Location: Australia 6. Contract Period: Minimum two (2) years initially. Candidates are sponsored for permanent residency (ENS or RSMS) 8. Commencement: Deployment will take place immediately following successful processing of visa applications.
