• Read the application thoroughly.
• Fill it Correctly and Honestly.
• Put Signature and Date in given place.
• Do not omit or misrepresent anything.

immediate dismissal.

• Do not skip any thing.
• Neat and Legible handwriting.
• Fill “NA” or “Not Applicable” or “-” if a
section or line not applicable for you.

• Always use black or blue ink and avoid
pencil and marker.
• Check directions carefully.
• Spelling should be correct.
• Handle sections on salary carefully – use
“open” or “negotiable” – past details of
