- For Screening Purpose; reducing the


number of candidates for interview.

- Be Relaxed before and while taking Test.

- Some Basic Tips for Written Tests:

starting.
- Skip an answer you are unsure of. Do it latter.
- For Timed Test, Keep an eye on time.
- Read Questions Deliberately to avoid Confusion.
