INTRODUCTION TO HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT TERM PAPER Instruction: You are required to write one term paper for

this course. The topic must be selected from the various areas of human resource management. It can either be from the topics discussed in class or prevailing HR topics such as workplace learning, HR competencies, knowledge workers, talent management, employee retention and turnover.

It must have: a) Preliminary materials: Cover page & table of contents b) Body of report

Chapter 1: Comprise of introduction of the paper Chapter 2: Comprise of literature review on the related studies that has been done in your chosen topic Summary of the paper References (articles cited in the paper will not be less than 5).

Format, style, and submission requirement:


1. The paper should be between 8-10 pages, exclude the preliminary materials. Use Times

New Roman, font size 12, 1.5 spacing and justify.


2. The date of submission will be on 5th December 2012.
