Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to clarify the authority of Congress and the States to regulate the expenditure of funds for political activity by corporations. 1 Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives

3 hibit Congress and the States from imposing content-neu4 tral regulations and restrictions on the expenditure of 5 funds for political activity by any corporation, limited li6 ability company, or other corporate entity, including but 7 not limited to contributions in support of, or in opposition 8 to, a candidate for public office. 9 SECTION 2. Nothing contained in this Article shall
