Assignment title for Eastern Cuisine

Malaysia is a unique country with multiple culture and races(exclude Malay, Chinese, Indian). This also will reflect the cuisine of Malaysian food. The students are required to choose 1 dishes of 1 ethnic in Malaysia. The dishes should contain: 2 Appetizer 2 Soup 2 Main course 2 Dessert

Discuss about the history of the dishes, method of cooking, recipes and table etiquette. The picture should be included for each dishes discussed.
