Dear Mr. Marzan:

It is with both regret and anticipation that I submit this letter of resignation, effective October 5,
2007. I have accepted a position with Unilever, an opportunity to further my current career goals
and achieve growth within the new company.

It has been my genuine pleasure to work for the Content Editor Group especially the ECO Builds
during these last two years. I have enjoyed working with the Content Editor Group’s fine staff of
professionals and colleagues, and will miss my associations here. I wish you all a continued
success in all your endeavors.
