Condition Track Play Test Rules V1.

-Fortitude Damage Threshold Represents physical damage being dealt at a melee range. This threshold is the same as your FORT save. -Reflexive Damage Threshold Represents Physical damage being dealt at range. This threshold is the same as your REF save. -Will Damage Threshold Represents any kind of mental/ magical damage that requires a will save. This damage threshold is the same as your WILL save. If your character sustains equal to or more damage than his or her Damage Threshold that character moves one step down the condition track. For example, Joanna is currently at Normal Condition. His FORT Threshold is a 10. He is attacked by an Orc. He is dealt 11 points of damage. Joanna would slide 1 step down the condition track. With this system it is possible to become unconscious or disabled before you reach 0 HP. However, your character cannot actually die from just being Helpless.

The Basics The condition track is used to determine the state and/or wellbeing of your character. As you character takes more damage he or she moves further down the condition track. Each character will have Damage Thresholds. A damage threshold is an amount of damage a character can sustain in a single attack before being forced down the condition track. Each character will have three damage thresholds. Each threshold will represent a different kind of damage being dealt.

How to Heal Any character that is not currently helpless may spend a Full Round Action to move him or herself one step up the condition track. A character may also spend a Hero Point to move up one step on the condition track. However, a character may never spend more than one Hero Point a turn in this way.

Damage Threshold Feats Improved Damage Threshold You are harder to take down in a fight. Benefit: You increase a single Damage threshold by 3. Special: You make take this Feat up to 3 times. Each time applying it to a different Threshold

Shake It Off You have learned to shake off debilitating conditions. Prerequisite: Wisdom 13, Endurance Benefit: You can spend a standard action to move +1 condition up the condition track. Normal: It takes a Full Round Action to do this.
