EMPLOYEE PROFILE 1.

Employee Personal Details


Allows the employee to view or update edit their details. Employees can view or update their details depending on their user privileges. Employee can view their personal details and update their details. Employee personal details like employee designation, blood group, age, place of birth, ethnic race can be viewed or updated. Salutation and ethnic race are also available. .

Functional:
Should have provision to save the Employee Personal details. Should have the provision to attach a Employee video by using Browse button. Should have the provision to cancel the Employee person details screen and navigate to home page.

Technical:
Table for managing the employee personal information. Employee video browses control for adding a Employee Video.

2.Employee Contact Details


Allows the employee to edit their contact details such as name, address, mobile no and e-mail Id, etc.,It contains some mandatory field such as photo, temporary address, permanent address as well as email-Id.

Should have the provision to edit the contact details.


Should have the provision to save the contact details. Should have the provision to cancel the contact details. Reset can be used to clear the textbox content.

Technical:

Picture box is used to display the employees photo. Multi-line text box is used to add the multiple rows.

3.Employee Family Details


Employee family details we can store the information about the family members relationship and their employment details.

Functional:
Should have the provision to add the family details. Using edit button we can edit or add the family members details.
Should have the provision to save the family details. Reset can be used to clear the textbox content.

Technical:
Drop down list box to select the family relationship. Date-time picker to select the date of birth. Radio button to select the relation employment details.

4.Employee Emergency contact


The details are maintained to contact the employees family members incase of emergency.

Functional:
Add button can be used to add the employee emergency contact details.
Any changes in the entry using edit button to change the details and finally save the changes.

Reset can be used to clear the textbox content.

5.Employee Banking Details


Employee banking details are maintained like branch , account type and loan details.

Functional:
Employee can only edit what type of loan is applicable.

Technical:
Table for managing the employee banking details. Using edit button we can edit and update the records.

6.Employee Soft Skills and Certification Details


To maintain the employees skill like technical and communication skills and the type of certification details.

Functional:
Maintaining the certification details gives the additional preference to the company. Every one can be viewed the skills and certification details but authorized person can be only edit and update the details.

Technical:
Table for managing the employee skills and certification. Using add button to add and save the new records..

7.Employee Project Summary


To maintain the past, current and future project detail to be performed by the each employe.

Functional:
Should have the provision to save the Employee Project summary. Employee should have edit new project summary using edit button.

8.Employee Personal Scheduler and Calendar


Employee personal scheduler is to maintain the important task and reminders to be done.

Functional:
Should have the provision to set the task using save button.
Any changes in the schedule using edit button to change the task or reminder. Employee can view and edit only the individual schedule.

Technical:
Plug in calendar. Table for managing the employee project summary.
By clicking the particular date it will redirect to the employee scheduler form.

9.Employee Pay-slip Information


Pay slip can be used to view the monthly and yearly pay details of the individual employee.

Functional:
Should have the provision to select month and year to generate the pay-slip for an particular month. Pay-slip can be viewed only. It cannot be altered.

10.Employee Immigration Details


While the movement of employee has thought throughout history at various levels.

Functional:
Should have the provision to save the Employee Immigration details.

Should have the provision to cancel the Employee Immigration details.

Employee change password


Using change password we can alternatively change the password for confidentiality.

Insurance:
Allows employees to view, the type of insurance company is providing, like Health life, life insurance, property insurance, vehicle insurance and disability insurance.

11.E-Claims:
E-Claims helps Employee can claim legally to obtain money through online for Leave Travel Allowance, Medical Reimbursement,transport allowance, Holiday pay, and disability allowance.

Functional:
a. System displays the employee leave travel allowance, medical reimbursement, disability allowance, and transport allowance b. Should have provision to submit the details of employees to the higher officials. c. Should have provision to update the details of the employees.

12. Retirement plan:


Retirement plan allows the employee to apply monthly pension based on their salary, designation and experience via online.

Functional:
a. Should have a provision to view the Employee department, designation, salary, and experience, of the employee. b. Should have provision to apply the pension. .

13..Employee Career Development:


Employee career expansion is used to improve the performance of employee skills, and how they are departing to achieve the goals

Functional:
.Sholud have provision to measure self confidence,responsibility drive and academic capacity. Should have provision to save self confidence,responsibility drive and academic capacity. should have a provision to cancel and go to main form.

14.Employee Strengths And Development:


Employee can view the duration period, types of skills, description about strengths and development Should have provison to monitor his competencie level. Should have a provison to measure the time duration of the project

15.Employee Current And Development:


Current & development of an employee will display the approval status,and activity types,competencies. Employee will be able to summarize the development activity details to improve their activity levels. c.Employee will set the target date for current development,and also set date for the next assessment to be presented.

16.Employee Performance:
Employee performance will be measured with goal and achievements for career development.

Goals:
Should have provision for selecting primary goal and secondary goal. Should have a provision to set next review date,due date and status. Plugin for checklist,multiple textboxes. Plugin for checklist,multiple textboxes and data will be stored in the database for retrieving the data

Employee can know the requirements needed for their achievements. According to key challenges,strengths,and competencies employee can improve performances.

18.Employee Forms
Leave Forms
This system should allow employees in a current organization to apply for leave via online System should show display the number of leaves remaining. The online leave forms can be filled directly and apply leave online Employee can also cancel the applied leave using this option. Reduce the time and efforts of the employees

Functional
