A. (FAC) Recruit plenty of active volunteers before starting projects

B. (FAC) Decide what the project will need:

B1. Money, Fundraising, Donations
B2. Equipment, Materials
B3. Form formal organization like NGO or CBO
B4. Business Plan or Funding Proposal
B5. Nabuur Village Wiki to help task planning & achievement

C. (FAC) Make assignment for Volunteers to:

C1. Develop a list of donor organizations
C2. Find organizations that have similar projects in your country
C3. Assign volunteers to find the email contact information for each
organization
C4. Put all information into Nabuur Village Wiki

D. (FAC) Make assignment for Volunteers to:

D1. Write an “inquiry letter” that is a short summary of the village project
D2. Send “inquiry letter” to potential organizations
D3. Find which organizations respond positively and may provide help,
build the relationship with these contacts
D4. Track actions in Nabuur Village Wiki

E. (FAC) Make assignment for Volunteers to:

E1. Write draft business plan (BP) or draft funding proposal (FP) for village
project
E2. Review, Edit, and Formalize the BP or FP
E3. Formal BP or FP complete
E4. Track actions in Nabuur Village Wiki

F. (FAC) Make assignment to volunteers to:

F1. Send formal BP or FP to interested organizations
F2. Follow up with organizations and build relationships
F3. Track actions in Nabuur Village Wiki

G. Start Village Project
