1. Rumbai kapiler glomerulus
2. %ubulus proksimal
3. Lengkung of Henle tubulus
4. %ubulus distal renalis
5. Duktus pengumpul

1. Cortical neprons (nefron korteks)

keseimbangan air,
elektrolit2 dan asam basa
dalam dara
Fisiologi Ginjal (1)
Mengatur cairan ekstraselular lingkungan
dalam tubu dengan mekanisme melalui
pembentukan urin.
Fisiologi Ginjal (2)
Dlm proses pembentukan urin,
ginjal mengatur:
1. Volume plasma dara & jml air di dlm
tubu.
2. pH plasma & cairan tubu.
3. Konsentrasi elektrolit
4. Konsentrasi produk sampa dlm dara
(ekskresi urea, asam urat, kreatinin)
Pembentukan Urin
1. Filtration
* Filtration membrane tersusun dr 3 lapisan :
- Fenestrated glomerular endotelium
- Basement membrane
- Filtration Slits
* Filtrasi dara di glomerulus kapsul Bowman.
* Hasil : Urin Primer (filtrat glomerulus)
(mirip cairan jaringan %NP protein dan
eritrosit).
Reabsorption
%erjadi di tubulus renalis
Hasil : Urin Sekunder
Secretion(ugmentasi)

Hasil : Urin
Faktor yg mempengarui
pembentukan urin
