What is positivity and negativity?

When a whole breaks down into two parts, one is positive and another is negative . 1) protons and electrons; what about neutrons - broken down into matter and an ti matter 2) Energy - potential and kinetic energy 3) Egg and sperm 4) Male and female 5) A concept - supplementary and complementary. Which is positive and whi ch is negative? Taking cue from neutral atom breaking down into stationary nucle us as positive and part with kinetic energy - electron - as negative, we can say the part that is sought after i.e., stationary, is positive and the part that i s with kinetic energy, the seeker is negative. Philosophically, when a whole is br to parts, the part left with kinetic energy, not in consonant with the instabili ty seeks stability by seeking the stationary - the positive. So, when a whole is broken into two parts one is with potential energy and another is with kinetic energy. We can say that the potential energy can be likened as 'Mass' and 'kinet ic energy' as energy i.e., energy with multiple dimensions of freedom. What type of relationship exists between them? Action and reaction are equal and opposite is the universal law. Therefore, extra energy is required to unite them apart f rom the energy spent on the split. If it is not there those potential and kineti c energies exist in pseudo-meta- stable condition, kinetic energy seeking to uni te with potential energy for ever which results in a 'cyclical order', 'Time' be ing one dimension of that order. Time can said to be 'the displacement' of the o bject part with kinetic energy in Meta stable cyclical order. Thus, 'time' and spac e-displacement are faces of the same coin and 'time' can exists only in such cyclic al orders. Can 'time' be considered as a whole and hence split into positive and negative parts? The 'time' being an attribute of the cyclical order because of the Meta stable condition of kinetic energy part constantly seeking positive sta ble part of the potential energy, it can not be considered as a 'whole'. Being a n attribute of - because of the stable positive potential energy, its attribute can only be positive.
