1) G.O.Ms.No.524, Education dated 20.12.1988. 2) G.O.Ms.No.1, Education dt 01-01-1994. 3) From the Director of School Education AP Hyderabad Lr.No.138/B4-2/2008, Dt.20.2.08 & 26.7.2008. ^^^ ORDER:In the reference 1st read above, the Government have issued orders for the establishment, registration, recognition, administration and control of all categories of schools under all categories of managements under the provisions of A.P. Education Act.1 of 1982. As per these orders provisional recognition shall be accorded and continued for a minimum period of 10 years or until the institution is accorded permanent recognition in respect of all the local bodies and private management. As per the conditions and general instructions issued in the above G.O. 524 institutions managed by the local bodies or private organizations has to fulfill prescribed conditions which are having pucca building of its own with adequate accommodation are eligible for grant of permanent recognition. 2) In the reference 2nd read above, orders were issued delinking the private schools from the local body schools (M.P, Z.P. Schools and Municipal schools). 3) In the reference 3rd read above, the Director of School Education, AP Hyderabad has requested the Government for according permanent recognition to the local body schools managed by the Mandal Parishad, Zilla Parishad and Municipal Schools duly furnishing the lists of Schools primary, upper primary and High schools, District wise. 4) Government after careful examination of the proposal of the Director of School Education, AP Hyderabad, hereby accept and accord permanent recognition to all the Local body schools (Mandal Parishad, Zilla Parishad and Municipal Schools) on par with the Government schools. The Director of School Education, AP Hyderabad is requested to take appropriate action in the matter.
