What’s new:
The setup of a Kodak printer for a given OEM Modality was split in 2 separate documents:
- the generic Setup Catalog for Kodak Cameras

- the specific Setup Manual for a given OEM Modality
************* the generic Setup Catalog for Kodak Cameras:

the Setup Catalog for Kodak Cameras contains that part of a printer installation which is Generic, ie common to
all DICOM connections independently from the Specific modality connected.
Therefore, as first step, setup the printer as per the correspondent page of the Setup Catalog for Kodak Cameras
(ie go to the Setup Catalog doc and do that first, then come back
here and finish install as per this Specific Setup Manual doc).
************ the specific Setup Manual for a given OEM Modality:

the Setup Manual for a given OEM Modality contains that part of a printer installation which is Specific to that
