Integr8s endeavours achieve global recognition

South Africas largest privately-owned ICT managed services company, the Integr8 Group, has been confirmed as amongst the twenty five largest companies affiliated to the Endeavor international entrepreneur development organisation. Endeavors presence in Silicon Valley has been of particular interest to Integr8 management because this is linked with the South African companys global penetration and strategy going forwards. Membership to the entrepreneurship-focused group is based on stringent criteria, including a comprehensive evaluation of prospective member companies by representatives of the Endeavor Global team based in New York and California. From a pool of 24,000 international companies only 300 were selected as high growth companies with the ability to scale globally. Integr8 recently met with representatives of the 37th Endeavor International Selection Panel in Cape Town. The company has been confirmed as among the largest within the three hundred selected. Management at Integr8 received official notification of its acceptance as a member of the Endeavor Global organisation, with specific affiliation to- and participation in the Endeavor eMBA Program. The eMBA Program involves the recruitment of MBA students from leading US and European business schools, and companies, to gain on-site experience at Endeavor. The Program includes several recognised education institutions such as Harvard and MIT, and offers the opportunity for employees to work alongside members of the organisations Fellow Program. Projects focus primarily on strategy, operations and financing. Through its membership Integr8 employees will have the opportunity to work directly with Fellows from Goldman Sachs out of New York and leading advisors out of Silicon Valley.
