National ART Honor Society

Danbury High School Chapter 2298

The National ART Honor Society is a nationwide non-for-profit organization for high school students
with an interest in the visual arts. The program is designed to provide opportunities for art-related
activities, after-school programs, field trips, and community service events. Members meet
periodically to organize, plan, and participate in such activities.

Members are privy to scholarship opportunities and extracurricular events throughout the year. As
an honor society, students need to be in good academic standing (GPA of B or better) to participate, as
well as to cite membership in NAHS on college applications and transcripts.
