SUBJECT :APPLICATION FOR FULFILLMENT OF THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS IN SST (BPS-16) Dear Sir, I have qualified the examintoin for the Post of SST (BPS-16) but am now being asked by the Commission for the provision of Original BED Degree before approval anf subsequently recommendation of my case.Sir , I have applied to the Al-khair University (AJK) for issuing me the Original BED Degree and have been told by the University Authrities hat the Proces will take atleast 06 months. Copy of the application form form for the award of Degree alongwith the receipt by the University Authorities sre enclosed for ready reference. The application form also indicates the date of declaration of result ie 25th Febraury, 2009 at Column (4) which if desired can be verified from the University officially.\ Photocopy of the DMC ,alredy submitted previously , is also attached for perusal . In view of the foregoing facts, it is earnestly requested in your Honour to kindly process my case in due course without waiting for the submission of Degree , which will be provided as and when awareded/received .
