Course Description: In this course you will learn about basic management principles
and theories. You will also learn about the skills required to be a good manager such
as project planning, resource and time management, working in teams and groups,
building team quality, delegation, and managing people. You will also have the
opportunity to practice your oral communication and presentation skills through team
work and case studies.
