Top level: Mission statement Vision statement Strategic Results: Are the top-level strategic results clearly stated? (Whether for a theme or the corporate map) Strategic themes Number? Right level of strategic altitude or granularity? Not a perspective? Independent and non-conflicting? 1. Perspectives Right categories covered? Appropriate names? Right order? Right number? 2. Objectives Placed in the right perspectives? Strategic - Granularity? Verbs used? Continuously measurable? Number? Balance? "and"? Narrative? Owner? Measures? 3. Links Linked? Links appropriate? Flow upward? 3. Measures Outcomes and results? Ratios? Transparent? 4. Targets Some rationale for basis? 5. Initiatives Criteria for selection identified?
