HOW TO MAKE A FEIJOADA?

STEPS

Jewish Cooking beans in a pot hydrated with 2 bay leaves and plenty of cold water until tender. Then grind the beans

The meat: cut in iqual pieces the pork ribs, thw dried beef, chorizo and sausage, then cook them in plenrybof boiling water for about 45 minutes 4. Put in a cool pan the bacon cut it into lardons. Bring to simmer and cook it until it gets browned.

Add the chopped onion, chopped garlic, laurel and tomatoes , snd cut them into small cubes with tabasco sauce, salt and pepper

Mix the meats together with black beens cooked and letthem cook for 30 minutes.
