SEQUENCE OF THE TG 01 TURBINE ROLLING: WOOD WARD GOVERNOR 505 COLD START UP 1. Press CLEAR button. 2. Press RESET button. 3. Press RUN button. 4. Press LIMITER button and raise the limiter up to 30%. 5. Automatically speed raise and stop at 500 RPM. 6. At 500 RPM it holds 20 minutes that time observe the vibration and other parameters. 7. In mean time press limiter button and raise limiter up to 100%. 8. After 20 minutes automatically speed raise up to 3500 RPM. 9. At 3500 RPM it holds 25 minutes, that time observe the vibrations and other parameters. 10. After 25 minutes automatically speed raise up to 5000 RPM. 11. After reaching the 5000 RPM observe the vibrations and other parameters and give clearance to Electrical department for SYCHRONIZATION. 12. For enable the cascade load mode press F3 and press 1 (YES), and give clearance to Electrical department for SYCHRONIZATION. 13. After Cascade mode enabled raise the load. HOT START UP 1. Press CLEAR button. 2. Press RESET button. 3. Press RUN button. 4. Press LIMITER button and raise the limiter up to 30%. 5. Automatically speed raise and stop at 500 RPM. 6. At 500 RPM it holds 20 minutes that time observe the vibration and other parameters. 7. In mean time press limiter button and raise limiter up to 100%. 8. After 20 minutes automatically speed raise up to 3500 RPM. 9. At 3500 RPM it holds 5 minutes, that time observe the vibrations and other parameters. 10. After 5 minutes automatically speed raise up to 5000 RPM. 11. After reaching the 5000 RPM observe the vibrations and other parameters 12. For enable the cascade load mode press F3 and press 1 (YES), and give clearance to Electrical department for SYCHRONIZATION. 13. After SYCHRONIZATION, raise the load. NOTE: 1. Critical speed range: 1st: 1165 RPM to 1425 RPM. 2nd: 2075 RPM to 2535 RPM. 1. Dont close the any drain and vents till the Generator is synchronized. 2. For disable the cascade load mode press F3 and press 0 (NO) it comes speed mode. 3. For enable the cascade load mode press F3 and press 1 (YES).
