The Sarvayonee of Light!

The Introduction
The most spiritual-seekers seem to be confusing the
human male sex organ -LENGA [PENIS/PHALLUS] and
human female sex organ-YONEE [VAGINA] with the
JYOTEERLENGA [LENGA OF LIGHT] and the
SARVAJOTEERYONEE [YONEE OF LIGHT] by saying that
the LENGA in SHEVAALAYAs represent the male sex
organ! But, it is not so!

The Explanation
1. The SHEVAPURANNa says that IT IS THE LENGA
[SOOKSHMA] SHAREERA [BODY] THAT COMES AND
GOES, NOT THE AATMA [SUPREME SOUL OF LIGHT].
2. The SHEVAPURAANa talks of 12 JYOTEERLENGas and
not the 12 SHEVALENGAs!
3. In SHEVAALAYAs, the LENGA [representing the
jyoteerlenga] is seen projecting/springing from the
base on the TORTOISE [the spiritual force that
sustains the SOOKSHHMA SHAREERA], the TORTOISE
in turn is placed upon the SARVAYONEE!

4. Sarva means Supreme and YONEE means the

SOURCE.
5. In our physical world, a male and a female partner
are generally needed to copulate to help the female
partner conceive and give birth to the child. But, on
the top spiritual plane, this SARVAYONEE of
SUPREME LIGHT [CONSCIOUSNESS] does not need
any male partner to give birth to the child [called the
CREATION/UNIVERSE/WORLD]. This SARVAYONEE is
in a state of ever-existence and self-existent. It
indeed is self-existent!
6. Even lord SHEVA/MAHAADEVA/SHANKARA and
goddess SHEVAA/MHADDAEVEE/UMAA/PARVATEE
have sprung from this SARVAYONEE!
7. This SARVAYONEE is represented by the DIVINE
MOTHER JAGADAMBAA/BHAGAWATEEThat is why,
the worship of the MOTHER JAGADAMBAA or
BHAGAWATEE is considered so sacred in the Indian
culture and in the Sanaatana Dharma!
8. This divine light manifests itself in the divine
feminity. That is the Vedic culture/texts have said
that full respect must be given to the females of our
human species!
