Concentrate Control System

Overview
Hazard Control Technologies (HCT) offers two engineered design Concentrate Control Systems (CCS) for enhancing the fire protection of personnel and assets. The purpose of the two CCS is to accurately and reliably induct HCTs fire suppression agents into a sprinkler system or fixed pipe header. The two designs are the HCT Bladder Tank CCS and the HCT Balanced Pressure Pump CCS. using a ratio controller which proportions the HCT fire suppressant into the water line dispensing a reliable and accurate percentage of the agent to the fixed system. The Bladder Tank CCS can feed a single riser or can be installed on multiple risers. The Bladder Tank CCS size and design is based on the hazard to be protected, the water flow, and water pressure available.

Bladder Tank CCS

Advantages

Balanced Pressure Pump CCS

The HCT Balanced Pressure Pump CCS is powered by either a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) electric pump motor or an auto start diesel pump motor. Both are activated when a fire is detected by monitoring or manually. The HCT Balanced Pressure Pump CCS is plumbed with a balanced pressure relief valve that regulates the correct amount of HCT fire suppressant. In addition, a ratio controller is installed into the water riser assuring accurate and reliable proportioning of the HCT fire suppressant into the sprinkler system or fixed pipe system. The HCT Balanced Pressure Pump CCS can feed a single riser or multiple risers. The design is based on the hazard to be protected, the water flow, and water pressure.
