The Service Pack ("Service Pack") contains updated versions of one or more of th e software products listed below.

This document shall serve as an addendum ("Add endum") to the Microsoft End User License Agreement ("EULA") you acquired with v ersion 6.0 or later of any of the Microsoft products listed below. Except as pr ovided in this Addendum, the Service Pack is licensed under the same terms and c onditions contained in the EULA. NOTE: Certain components of the Service Pack (a "Component") may contain a separate end user license agreement (a "Component Agreement"), which may be provided only in English and by installing, copying or otherwise using the component governed by the Component Agreement, you agree to be bound by the terms of such Component Agreement. 1. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of the EULA and this Addend um, you are not authorized to use the Service Pack. 2. The Service Pack may contain certain files identified in a "redist.txt" file. Your use of any such files is subject to all terms and conditions of the EULA that relate to "Redistributables" (as defined in the EULA). If the redist.t xt file is not included with the Service Pack, you have no distribution rights t o any portion of the Service Pack. 3. Section 1.1 of the EULA is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: 1.1 General License Grant. Microsoft grants to you as an individual, a perso nal, nonexclusive license to make and use copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for the purpose of designing, developing, and testing your software product(s). You may install copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on an unlimited number of computers prov ided that you are the only individual using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. If you are an entity, Microsoft grants you the right to designate one individual within your o rganization to have the sole right to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in the manner pro vided above. 4. Microsoft also grants you the nonexclusive right to copy and distribute the Service Pack to any validly licensed end user of any of the products listed above. NOTE: The terms of a printed, paper EULA which may accompany the Service Pack su persede the terms of any on-screen EULA found within the Service Pack.
